Shipping Policy
Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540) are charged INR 3200 (approx. USD 40) and orders above INR 40,000 are shipped free.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@modernaari.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.
Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days. Please call us between 12 to 6 PM
We take 12-15 working days to ship international orders from our end.
